Marcia Sloan
Chief Financial Officer, CPA, MMHC
Financial Strategy, Risk Management & Scalable Growth
Marcia Sloan oversees all financial operations, strategic planning, and sustainable growth at BizPower360. She brings 20 years of experience from Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where she served in various finance roles, including Director of Finance for clinical and academic departments, and CFO of Vanderbilt Health Williamson and Vanderbilt Integrated Providers.
During her time at VUMC, she played a key role in market expansions, mergers and acquisitions, and developing innovative physician compensation models.
Previously, Sloan worked as a consultant at Deloitte and in public accounting at Touche Ross. She holds a CPA and a master’s degree in management healthcare from Vanderbilt University.
Marcia will lead financial strategy at BizPower360, supporting the company’s mission to deliver value to clients and stakeholders.

His approach is data-driven and results-oriented, allowing him to maximize opportunities across digital platforms, driving growth and profitability for the organizations he partners with.

For 20 years, Simon Chatfield owned a successful software development firm that created custom enterprise applications for global companies, including Apple, ESPN, Intel, IBM, and American Express. The Chatfield Group also developed over 400 custom software systems for small and mid-sized companies with unique business processes, highlighting similar challenges faced by both large and small organizations.
After exiting his consulting firm, Simon leveraged his experiences to build the Optimum platform, a revolutionary approach to software that adapts to a company's needs without the excessive costs associated with full custom builds.

Michelle Thomas is a dynamic leader with a proven track record in building and leading high-performing sales teams. With over 7,000 people in her organization, she was recognized as one of the first “Diamond” leaders in a top marketing company. Michelle's passion for empowering others has been the driving force behind her success, helping countless individuals achieve six-figure incomes through her coaching and mentorship.
In addition to her extensive experience in sales and marketing, Michelle leads the BizPower360 insurance brokerage, bringing a wealth of expertise in these areas. In total, she has over two decades of experience in sales operations and management, and has honed her ability to inspire and lead diverse teams.
Michelle is equally proud of her personal achievements, including being married to her best friend, Tim, for over 24 years, and raising three amazing children.

Tim Thomas is an accomplished Chief Operating Officer with 25 years of experience in sales and business operations. Known for optimizing processes, driving revenue growth, and enhancing customer experiences, Tim has a proven track record of delivering impactful results.
He has successfully expanded marketing teams to thousands of distributors and implemented sales metrics and training practices that ensure sustainable growth. One of his standout achievements is a customer retention program that generated $60 million in its first year, demonstrating his ability to align strategies with business goals and improve customer loyalty.
Tim's expertise extends to designing regulatory-compliant compensation packages and developing acquisition strategies that drive market penetration. His leadership has also driven a financial marketing agency to gross $30 million in its first year, underscoring his operational and strategic prowess.
Tim resides in Tennessee with his wife Michelle and their three grown children.

A resident of Oklahoma for nearly 40 years, Chris values his faith, family, and community. He and his wife of 32 years have raised four children, maintaining a strong commitment to both family life and professional excellence.
